🎯 Roles and Responsibilities
As a Voice Process Executive, your key duties will include:
- Answering inbound customer calls politely and promptly.
- Listening actively to customer queries, concerns, or complaints.
- Providing accurate and helpful information or solutions.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Following company protocols while handling calls.
- Working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (you’ll receive shift schedules in advance).
✅ Eligibility & Requirements
👤 Who Can Apply:
- Freshers or experienced candidates (up to 5 years of experience).
- Both graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Candidates from any city in India can apply, as the job is completely remote.
💻 Technical Requirements:
- A personal laptop/desktop with minimum 8GB RAM.
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 40 Mbps download speed.
- A quiet workspace for attending customer calls.
💬 Skills Needed:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good listening ability and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email, etc.).
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights.

- Work Hours: 9-hour shifts (includes 1-hour break)
- Shift Type: Rotational shifts (24×7 environment)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off every week
