🔧 Job Role: Senior Operations Specialist
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer bookings & service coordination
- Communicate with U.S. customers and providers via phone, chat & email
- Onboard & train new service providers
- Monitor and resolve booking issues proactively
- Maintain booking records and provider performance reports
🎯 You Must Have:
- 3+ years in operations, customer support, or service coordination
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience handling U.S. clients
- Problem-solving mindset & multitasking ability
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, CRMs, Google Sheets
✅ Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with home service/gig platforms
- Flexible to work U.S. time zones (PST/CST/EST)
