📋 Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, your role is to lead large-scale AI/ML projects that involve managing:
- Teams of annotators (people labeling data for AI)
- Contributors in gig platforms
- Cross-functional internal teams (e.g., delivery, product, and client teams)
You will be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly, from onboarding gig workers to delivering high-quality data for AI training and testing.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution
- Lead GenAI and AI/ML projects like video/image/text annotation, model testing, etc.
- Handle projects from start to finish: planning, execution, and delivery.
- Crowdsourcing Management
- Onboard gig workers (freelancers) who will perform tasks like data tagging or model testing.
- Monitor their productivity, quality, and compliance with service standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a bridge between different teams: product, client, delivery, and workforce.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs, quality metrics, and contributor throughput using tools like Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, etc.
- Process Optimization
- Identify gaps in performance and suggest solutions to improve speed, quality, and output.
- Documentation & SOPs
- Create training guides and playbooks for contributors and internal teams.
- Automation & Tools
- Recommend software tools or workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
- Training and Feedback
- Help create training materials and lead sessions for new team members or contributors.
✅ Who Should Apply?
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management in tech, consulting, digital operations, or BPO.
- Hands-on experience with crowdsourcing, freelancer management, or gig platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Excel, JIRA, Smartsheet, or Asana.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong skills in data analysis (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Experience managing remote/global teams across time zones.
