🧾 Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
🔹 Lead Generation – Source leads via DSEs, channel partners & open market
🔹 Customer Relationship Management – Handle end-to-end customer interactions, resolve queries, and cross-sell products
🔹 Dealer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relations with assigned auto dealers
🔹 Deal Processing – Collect & verify documents, ensure smooth loan processing via internal systems (RSPM, SAGE, etc.)
🔹 Internal Coordination – Work closely with credit & operations teams for approvals & application status
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream (Finance preferred)
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, CRM, or sales
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client interaction
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
