Youโll work directly with the founder and factory team to streamline production, order fulfilment, customer support, and scale backend operations.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities:

Manage order fulfilment, returns, inventory & Shopify backend
โ
Liaise with factory, vendors, and delivery partners
โ
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email & social media
โ
Maintain trackers for production, returns, material movement
โ
Identify bottlenecks and solve system issues independently
โ
Support restocks & product launches
โ Requirements:
๐น 2+ years in operations, startups, consulting, or e-commerce
๐น Strong communication & coordination skills
๐น Highly organized and detail-oriented
๐น Excel/Google Sheets & Shopify proficiency
๐น Bonus: Fashion/e-commerce/returns/courier experience
